Such a funny book and one of the best readers I've ever read. I'm not sure that children will be persuaded to try new foods, but oh what fun it is to read about James' woes and his father's tall tales. Robin, Youth Services

I think I read it in 2 hours because McEntire does that thing that Dan Brown does - you know where you think you'll go to bed after this chapter, but THEN the last sentence of the chapter makes it IMPOSSIBLE not to read on. Tricky devils. Time travel, romance and Cubanos with empanadas...what else could you wish for in a good read? Mickie, Youth Services
