Wi-Fi & Internet Access

Whether you live in Westerville or are an out-of-state visitor, you can take advantage of the library's free wireless access and Internet connection.

Note: The library has a 50MB Ethernet connection. Connection speeds are dependent upon the number of concurrent users and the current tasks being performed. Outages are rare, but they do happen.

Wi-Fi Access

You can access the library's free wireless Internet (wi-fi) from most places within the building. You are welcome to connect your laptop, smartphone or tablet to our network anytime during open hours.

No library card or password required.

Internet Access

You can access the internet from any public computer within the building.

If you have a Westerville library card, you can log into a computer in the Technology Center or other library computer labs.

If you don't have a Westerville Library card, you can use any of the stand-up public access computers placed throughout the building to access the Internet.

Note: You can also print from the public access computer, but it does require a library card. Please see a staff member for details.
